What you'll find when you get here
Mănăstire de călugări a cărei biserică veche a fost ridicată în 1779 de boierul Tudorachi Başotă. Include și biserica de lemn (Schitul Zosin) și o nouă biserică zidită între 2006-2015.
The Zosin hermitage – The church, made of beams covered with mud, its dedication day „Assumption of the Virgin” in Baluseni village, commune Baluseni and was built in 1779, having founders as the inscription shows: „This church its dedication day Dormotion of the Holy Mother of God, was built at the expense of Tudorache Basota Satrar, in the days of Constantin Moruz Voievod, 1779, August”. It was renovated in 1943. Its iconostasis was painted in 1834 by the painter Alexandru Zogravu.
